The company has offices in Umhlanga and Sandton and operates throughout KZN & Gauteng.
Growthscape is managed by Brendan Falkson. He has an engineering degree from the University of Pretoria and Property Development Diploma from the University of the Witwatersrand.
He has been involved in civil engineering and property
development since 1995 and was a shareholder and managing director of the
highly successful Brettenwood Estate, from 2004 to 2009. In addition to his
management of Growthscape, he is currently still actively involved with both
Intaba Ridge Estate and Rosslyn Hub,.
